Ralph joined Ichor's Scientific Advisory Board in 1995 bringing expertise in designing and implementing immunology and cancer research. He is currently a Professor of Immunology at the Scripps Research Institute. He joined Scripps in 1970, participating in the Department of Experimental Pathology, the Department of Immunology, and the Division of Tumor Cell Biology. He has held positions at Merck & Co. and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease at the National Institutes of Health. He received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry at Ohio State University, Columbus.
